We want your holiday with us to be happy, relaxed and enjoyable. We try to provide a range of facilities to make it just that. From our games barn, to the provision of bikes, there is something for everyone and Winterton-on-sea's glorious beach is around 10 minute walk away.
We also provide a range of baby and toddler equipment to make a holiday with kids that bit easier - see What we provide for more details.
Things to do during your stay
Use our walking guide of Winterton to explore the local area.
Play in the fenced paddock – an area is designated for guests just across the track from the barn. For now we have a selection of outdoor games for all the family.
We have 2 miniature Shetland ponies; Bramble and Bracken. Children are welcome to help wanabee farmer Neil feed them in the evenings.
Or collect eggs from our rare breed chickens.
The beach and dunes at Winterton-on-sea: unspoilt sandy beach and dunes. You can walk along the beach and nature reserve to see the seal colony at Horsey. The beach has a cafe, toilets and car park.
Note: there is a footpath to village and beach. However, there is one main road crossing en route and a small bit of road walking. Alternatively, if you’ve got lots to carry and young children you can drive to the beach car park.
In our first year as we had many groups coming to celebrate birthdays. Lucy, our cake maker, can make bespoke cakes for our special guest and we have now teamed up with north norfolk visuals to offer you a reduced price family photo shoot here at the farm or on the beach. To book simply click here
Family friendly: For families arriving with toddlers and babies we will provide a good selection of children’s toys, books and essential baby equipment (see 'what we provide' section for more details).
Dog Friendly: Winterton-on sea beach is dog friendly all year round. We take up to two well behaved dogs in both barns.
Local area: Off-site we have walking, cycling, kayaking and wildlife spotting recommendations, along with eating and drinking suggestions and information on what to do with children.
